BRAINWASHED

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-His good, pleasing and perfect will.

Brainwash is said to be common in places where you find abuse, in cults and all things evil. There is a leader, a person that has control,l that has the power to condition a person's mind to believe something. A person can become a prisoner in their own lives, uncertain of what is real and false. The person doing the brainwashing is said to be a gaslighter, which is a very old term used for a person that uses manipulation tactics, they are psychologically abusive. Manipulators are said to typically use: lying, attacking things that are important to you, dangling enticing things and they can wear you down.

Does this sound remotely familiar?

Undoubtely, there is someone that parades the earth looking for who devours, who to manipulate, who he can wear down by sowing seeds-thought patterns filled with lies and deceit; attacking the areas in your life that are valuable to you like your family, your health, your finances and your mind. Use those that are dear to you for an even greater effect.

Furthermore, people have been brainwashed to believe his lies, to fall into his trap, to be enticed by the things that are being dangled, but what they do not know is every lie he is telling there is a truth hidden behind it that he is keeping from you. Whatever is being dangled in front of you there is a blessing that God has for you. The liar makes it seem like things will never work out as if it will be easier if you give in to what he has.

Besides, Jesus was led by the Spirit, what Spirit? The Holy Spirit to be tempted. If you are being tempted, tested and tried it means there is better in-store, it shows that you can overcome but you need to get a revelation of the truth that is in store for you. During the time Jesus was in the wilderness after He had fasted for forty days. He could've been hungry, weak and tired physically after not eating for forty days but connecting with the Holy Spirit He must've been spiritually aware and spiritually strong. The enemy came with what he knew SHOULD get him "If you are the Son of God, tell the stones to become bread."

Who is he for the Son of God to obey?

That enemy or evil spirit does not come with horns and a red cape, the enemy comes dressed in a sexy suit ready to persuade you to commit sexual sin, that evil thing comes as deceit to win over by stealing from someone-knowing well that it is wrong. Falling into the trap is falling into sin, falling for the lie that has been presented, believing that there is no way you can have it.

Would you like to know some amazing facts about the person that loves you? The person that has won death for your sake and mine He does not lie, intimidate, manipulate, persuade, frustrate or even tempt. There is an amazing book that tells you all the truths and promises that are entitled to you-The Bible. Keeping you from reading this book is another tactic, busy at work, so tired, bored or even believing the history is contrary is a strategy for you to never see what is in store for you when you decide to live for and with Christ.

Did you know that? Well let's look at what He has said for your benefit but He has given you a choice (there are two) life or death. In Christ there is abundant life, there is prosperity, there is peace, joy, there is good, success and hope.

Apart from this, there is someone very dear to me after understanding some of these promises, I was certain she would want some, if not all of these blessings but she turned me away with my Bible talk and Jesus teaching. For many years she was being defeated, living but not living because she was under an illusion of sickness. Illusion is false, it is a mirage, a thing perceived wrongly, it is an imitation. There was a sickness that she was battling from her tender years that no doctor could see or understand an illusion. This became her norm-a a stronghold, so many years wasted, money spent seeing doctor after doctor. She was conditioned not to do much, not to pray, it kept her so tired mentally and physically. With this tactic, she was unable to see what was at play. She heard services, grew up around the church and even knew scriptures but never used the word of God for her own life. I was asked to come over to her place for a visit. During the visit, she spent most of her days in bed meanwhile I was ready to hit the road, sightsee and tour. I could not understand what was happening, I prayed and cried out to God but got no answer. I asked her if it was okay that I prayed for her or with her and she permitted me. After getting her permission I realized through the gift of the Holy Spirit that she was being suppressed by the enemy using past trauma, generational curses, by a feeling that was an unreal-a lie. That presented with a lack of energy, no willpower, no joy depression. It made her feel as if there was nothing better, she would never fulfill God's assignment, she would likely not live God's truth in her life, to not have the success that God has designed for her. There were some other areas that the enemy used to deceive her in trying to get money easy and that also brought so much unhappiness and frustration. There was no peace or joy although there was access to money. The adversity attaches distress, hardship, misfortune, suffering and burdens to every gift. This has not been told, Jesus is loving, patient, kind and humble. He stands at the door of your heart and knocks hoping that whenever you decide when you have made up your mind that you will let Him in. Unlike the opposer who lies, brings a gift with sickness and disease God brings life, He brings light and He has covenants that allow us to hold Him to what He has said.

Additionally, my spiritual family has taught me so much about living daily for Christ by the leading of the Holy Spirit. I somehow thought that I would have to become someone I couldn't imagine myself being to be in Christ but that is not the case. All He wants is for you to make a decision and submit-to honour and obey His calling, His plan and His visions for our lives. His perfect will benefit us!

I was once conditioned to hearing the defeat of others -there is this one that is sick, there is another brother or sister that died, there is someone else who's fallen into bankruptcy, someone lost their home; this was not encouraging and brings your spiritual joy down. These were announcements of defeat when there is more to be understood. For instance, faith is not just in believing but faith is the doing, the actual work. God has blessed many of my family with homes, but before being blessed with homes there was a revelation that came first. There was an understanding of managing money, the importance of what to eat-the effects it has on our bodies (our bodies are the temple of God) keeping it holy reflects in what we allow in our gaits. God then gives and blesses us with confidence knowing we can maintain. Although we do have shortcomings He also knows that He has given us the truth in His word to obey and abide by.

God placed this guy and his wife in a place where there would be no lack, no worry for anything. At some point there was dissatisfaction, unrest discomfort; they wanted more knowledge, more of what they later found out was a trick. Unknowing of how tricky the enemy is they got enticed by a thought that seemed right, that seemed better than what they had been given (by God) but like I said before the gift always comes with a curse, adversity and gaslighting.

If we learn God's truth, His word and keep God as our focus we gain a different level of access because He can trust us, giving peace in our minds. No longer going back and forth on what to do, where to go, how to do it, where to do it and if you should do it. The Holy Spirit is a guide on those answers when you receive Christ.

In conclusion, gaslighters' manipulation tactics, are psychologically abusive, they lie, seduce, entice and trick. Master manipulators, use illusions and mirages to deceive anyone that will pay attention but there is a Father that patiently waits for His child to return to Him to come back home where it is safe, where there is no deceit, covering and even bodyguard. Remember that in seeking the Kingdom, seeking God and His word ALL things will be added to your life, your home, your finances.
