BUILDING YOURSELF TO SUCCEED

THERE ARE 3 THINGS TO DO TO START:

1. Change your view- who are you surrounding yourself with? In many cases changes many not occur because we tend to remain around the same people who had the point of view that you would like to change. There is a saying birds of a feather flock together. Start by changing what/who you surround yourself with; it can be music, television, friends and even family. This does not mean you dislike them or cannot be around them at some point but in order to change and it being effective we have to shift our focus.

2. Change what are you listening to- what are you filtering into your gate (eyes and ears)? There is a saying what goes in must come out, what you are seeing and hearing will at some point be a reflection of you; if you do not make conscious effort to make relevant changes. Listening to podcast based on what you want your outcome to be, youtube videos, workshops and reading relevant books is also necessary for success.

3. Find someone you would like to resemble- who would you like to duplicate that succeed in the area of interest? When you've sought someone you would like to be a reflection of study them; their habits, what made them successful, their why's, and how you can apply some of them to your life.

Recap: If you have friends that are not concerned about weightloss and you are it is likely that you will fall off the bandwagon if they are people you are around consistently. Listening to information that would teach, encourage and uplift you; after time it is likely that you would loose interest. Also finding someone you look uo to can be a bench mark and goal for where you would like to go instead of not having a destination at all.
